Symplexis invites you to the online information event of the project “ISEX – Integrated sexuality education and empowerment in schools” that will take place on Wednesday 30 August, 12:00-13:30.
The ISEX project seeks to start an open discussion about sexuality education, shifting the conversation from a problem-focused approach to a natural, open and enjoyable communication about relationships and sexuality.
The project aims to raise awareness about the importance of children’s sexuality education from early ages, involving schools that already include sexuality education as part of school life in each partner country, influencing decision-makers about the meaning and importance of early intervention, enabling teachers and workers with and for young people to handle the issue in multiple ways, in a natural way and with relevant knowledge and information reflecting the needs of
The event is open to the public, and is addressed mainly to teachers but also more broadly to those working with children and young people (social workers, psychologists, youth workers, midwives, etc.).
